Covid-19 Regulations

Covid Protocols for Arriving, Playing, and After Your Round

Self-Screening: We ask that golfers self-screen before coming to the facility. We recommend using the Government of Ontario Online Screening site

Coronavirus (COVID-19) self-assessment (ontario.ca)

Arriving: Golfers are asked to arrive No More Than 30 minutes prior to their tee time. Those who arrive before this will be asked to remain in their vehicles if they are not planning to dine at the restaurant, and will not be permitted to use the practice areas.

Upon Arrival: a staff member acting as a Greeter will be in the bag drop area. Approach this staff member, inform them of your name and tee time, and they will provide you with a power cart to drive to your vehicle to load up your clubs.

20-30 Minutes before your tee time: The Greeter will send you to the chipping green area for you to warm up. THE DRIVING RANGE IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE SEASON.

10 minutes before your tee time: The Greeter will send you to the Starter. Here the Starter will inform you of the rules of the course that day and then send you into the Pro Shop to pay for your round. Once everyone in your group has paid, and the tee is available, the Starter will send you to the course.

After Your Round: We require that once you have finished your round and unpacked your clubs, that you leave the premises if you choose not to use our restaurant or patio for dining and drinks. We will not allow groups to congregate in the parking lot.

Masks and Safety: By order of the Niagara Public Health Authority, there is no longer a requirement to wear masks when riding in carts with other golfers.

Masks on Property: Golfers will be expected to wear masks at all times when indoors on the property. This includes the Pro Shop as well as the Restaurant.

Clubhouse Access: The Clubhouse will only be available for use of washrooms and while checking in for your tee time. Showers and change rooms will not be available.

Restaurant and Patio Access: For Autumn Hours and Menu Options, Please Call Daily, 905-982-8844. Hours and closure may vary depending on weather. Patrons must abide by the regulations of the Niagara Health Authority. Currently, patrons must wear masks if dining indoors at all times except when seated at their table. Proof of vaccination is required for indoor dining. For updated Niagara guidelines, visit here Sector-Specific Business Guidelines for Reopening during COVID-19 – Niagara Region, Ontario
